Swiss Tents
The Swiss Tent, also referred to as a cottage tent, was initially put together as a functional tent or tented suite. High-ranking officials, such as aristocrats in the higher echelons, used these tents. A Swiss Tent comprises many fabric sheets or other draping-friendly materials. Layers of the material are draped over the prepared fixed pole frames, which are then fastened. The layers are occasionally fastened to the supporting ropes to give the tent greater strength. This Swiss Tent comfortably fits a minimum of four to five people. Due to their size, these tents are generally carried in a car or any other vehicle.
